About the game
The Heist is a 2 to 4 player, competitive board game wherein the players will attempt to be the first to break into the Facility, steal the Objective and escape with the prize still in hand.
The Facility is a heavily defended urban fortress brimming with traps and guards, represented by Security Cards in each room. To overcome these, each player will need to use Gear Cards to neutralise, avoid or escape these obstacles. Players will also come into direct conflict with each other throughout the game and contest each other for the final victory.
The game is full of sudden twists and betrayals, and the randomised layout of Security Cards and Gear Card options ensures no two games are the same.
Status
The game is currently in the late stages of design. Extensive play-testing has been conducted and the mechanics and rules have been confirmed. At present, our brilliant artist is hard at work creating the images and designs required for the cards, board, box and more.
We hope to launch a funding campaign sometime this year once the design stage has been completed.
